Breathwork
The breath is the bridge between the conscious and the unconscious.
Through transformative breathwork sessions, we are unlocking blocked energy, releasing stress and anxiety and tapping into your inner wisdom. Together, we breathe life into your intentions, creating a space for healing, clarity, and personal transformation.
While I also teach pranayama, this specific breathwork is a potent technique called circular breath. As a certified breathwork guide, I’ll lead you through a journey feeling safe, seen and energetically held so you access your subconscious to release what needs to be let go of that day. It’s a beautiful practice to reconnect to your heart, your inner wisdom, your intuition.
Book a Session
The sessions can take place online via Zoom or in person on Shelter Island or in the Hamptons one on one or in a group. The session lasts between 75 and 90 minutes.
Please note that there are a few contraindications to this practice: heart problems, unmedicated high blood pressure, pregnancy, detached retina, glaucoma, severe psychological issues
